Open the product and tap Fix with photos to submit corrected photos, or Edit details manually to change fields directly. Corrections update the shared database for everyone and earn you a bonus scan credit.
After scanning, choose Add with photos. You'll photograph the product, its barcode, and its label (skippable for spirits, perfume and cosmetics). The submission is verified before it's added.
Food scores combine nutritional quality (60%), additive risk (30%) and organic certification (10%), following the approach used by nutrition-scoring apps. Non-food products are scored on their ingredients, where the highest-risk ingredient caps the score. Alcoholic drinks are capped regardless of nutrition, since the WHO states no level of alcohol consumption is safe. Sources are cited on every finding.

Scores reflect published thresholds rather than marketing. High sugar, saturated fat or salt per 100 g, concerning additives, or flagged cosmetic ingredients all lower a score — even in products marketed as natural or premium. Each finding on the product page names the source it's based on.

Barecode is informational only. It is not medical, dietary, or safety advice, and scores may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always read the product label — especially if you have allergies or a medical condition — and consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
